Feasibility Study / Cost Benefit Analysis
We offer feasibility study and cost benefit analysis to derive effective solutions. The solution starts from understanding a requirement from conceptual stage to identifying possible solutions, technical advantages of various solutions, study of CAPEX and OPEX and to make recommendations of reliable and effective solutions based on the priorities of the customer. We deliver reports with complete information on the study and the analysis carried including various considerations for arriving at the solution. We have access to standards and recommendations from various international bodies responsible for technical standards. |

Front End Engineering Design
We offer FEED services for customer to prepare scope overview, basic high level design identifying various components, interfaces, responsibility matrices, high level block diagrams etc. |

Engineering
We provide engineering support to customers and main contractors to understand the project scope, Site Surveys, preparation of RFQs to subcontractors, answering TQs, carrying out Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), Detailed design verification, Design approval, interface with customer, interface with various discipline engineers, defining interfaces, approval of Inspection and Test Plans, Materials, Commissioning packs, As built documentation verification to ensure complete compliance with end user contract requirements. We have access to standards and recommendations from various international bodies responsible for technical standards.

Detailed Design
We offer detailed design services to customers who have large-scale projects with lack of in house expertise for carrying out detailed design for the project. Detailed Design involves complete study of the project, site surveys, block schematics, detailed design drawings, floor plans, various budget calculations for power, optical and thermal requirements, commissioning test packs, inspection & test plans, quality plan and assurance, Document Dossier, Material take offs, Material Specifications, Manufacturer Record Book, Project Handover Check lists. We have access to standards and recommendations from various international bodies responsible for technical standards.
We have in house CAD stations with design software for various applications including RF Planning, Video Surveillance design, Cable Sizing for AC and DC Systems, SAG Tension for Aerial Cable Deployment, Air Assisted Cable installation design, developing detailed drawings. |

Project Management
We offer overall project management support for customers to ensure smooth flow of project starting from Kick off to Handover. Our project managers have on the field experience various telecommunication fields for various applications and all the aspects of project flow and implementation. This ensures thorough study of the project, complex scheduling of various activities, interface with customer, interface with other disciplines, progress monitoring and reporting and early escalation to avoid pitfalls.

Installation Services
We have specialist installers with long years of experience in installation of equipment, cables, interfaces, connectors to ensure deployment is carried in full compliance to international standards. Installation engineers and technicians are trained and certified from at least one of the manufacturers in the respective field of work. This ensures high quality workmanship and professionalism in the installation services being delivered. |

Installation Supervision
We offer specialist installation supervision for customers who have manpower for carrying out physical installation of various systems and cables but don?t have staff with experience in specific fields. Our installation supervisor ensures the installation is carried out as per the project drawings and specifications with no compromise on quality.

Commissioning Support
We have calibrated test and measuring equipment fully calibrated with specialists having full knowledge of the equipment and installation standards applicable for the tests being carried out. Reports are provided to demonstrate the systems are tested and test results are recorded according internationally acceptable standards.We also offer commissioning support to customer to witness and accept, on behalf of the customer, tests being conducted by other installation contractors.
